Shipping and Return Policy
By using advanced computer technology and employing well trained staff committed to providing unrivalled customer service, we ensure that full ranges of stock are always available, allowing us to deliver what you want, the first time, on time. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx or freight carrier.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will email you at the address provided in your account with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, the number of boxes and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Our goal first and foremost is to make sure you get the hubcaps and accessories you need! If we have made a mistake in any way, or your shipment was inadvertently damaged by the carrier, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1 (847) 388-3175 so we can assist you in rectifying the problem.
Should you need to return an item please email email@example.com to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization). You may return all unused items that are not electrical in nature or custom ordered, in the original packaging, in re-saleable condition within 30 days of the original delivery with an RMA.
All returns will be assessed a restocking fee of 30 percent, refunds will be issued less shipping and handling charges in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
